Far UV Technologies USA warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase when utilized for normal use by the original purchaser only.  Should any defect covered by the terms of the limited warranty be discovered within six months, Far UV Technologies USA will repair or replace any defective part provided that the unit is returned by the original purchaser.  The liability of Far UV Technologies USA is limited solely to the cost of the replacement parts or the complete unit at our option.  This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts and does not apply to any unit that has been tampered with, misused, or used for commercial purposes. The warranty does not cover any resulting damage due to improper care and maintenance of the unit. Please refer to the Instruction Manual for proper use and care. Warranty is null and void if proper maintenance is not performed as specified in the maintenance section of the Instruction Manual.  This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the unit and excludes all other legal and/or conventional warranties.  The responsibility of Far UV Technologies, if any, is limited to the specific obligations expressly assumed by it under the terms of the limited warranty. In no event is Far UV Technologies USA liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state.

IMPORTANT:
To activate Far UV Technologies Warranty, you must have registered your product online within 90-days of purchase, including submitting a copy of your proof of purchase. All warranty claims will be verified based on product registration.
