Far UV Technologies, Inc. announced that its Disinfection Lighting products were granted National Stock Numbers (NSNs) by the US Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). This important designation ensures frictionless access to Far UV’s Krypton Disinfection Lighting technology – a critical supply item that continuously disinfects the air and light-visible surfaces found in shared spaces.
“We have the ability to continuously disinfect while the bus is going down the road. That’s very different from the sprays and everything else, just because you have to wait until people get off so you can respray versus this light has the ability to continuously disinfect as the bus traveling down the road,” Barons Vice President Patrick Goebel said.
“This single disinfection solution could become as important and ubiquitous to the control of microorganisms we cannot see as conventional lighting is to the benefit of everything else we can.”
